What I Did I designed a self-paced eLearning course, Creating and Delivering Professional Presentations, organized into nine short lessons that follow the full presentation lifecycle. The course helps learners define objectives and audiences, structure content, design visuals and data displays, rehearse effectively, and handle questions. I used checklists, scenarios, and interactive knowledge checks, and added a technology lesson comparing slide tools and showing how AI can support brainstorming, outlining, and refining slides. Learners finish by creating an action plan for an upcoming presentation.
Reflections & Future Improvements This project showed me how breaking complex skills into small lessons and scenarios supports busy adult learners. The practical checklists and examples work well, especially when combined with guidance on using technology and AI responsibly. Next, I would add role-specific pathways, richer practice tasks where learners submit or compare draft slides, and a stronger performance assessment. I also want to enhance accessibility and build a blended option with a follow-up workshop or coaching session.
